Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Somerville, MA, is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support for clients in their homes and communities. We offer flexible full-time and weekend shifts, paid orientation, and weekly pay to help you grow with a supportive team.

As a caregiver, you’ll assist clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home. Driving to client homes is required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English
• Availability to work in Somerville, Cambridge and surrounding areas
• Willingness to work short hour cases
• Ability to drive to and from client's home – reliable transportation required
• Cases we offer: Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Homemaker

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Provide daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
