Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caregivers for short- shift availability in the Lowell area and surrounding communities. Earn up to $22 per hour plus a travel incentive on eligible assignments.

Proficiency in English and the ability to drive to clients' homes are required. Active MA HHA or Personal Care Homemaker certification is preferred. We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, a caregiver rewards program, flexible schedules, holiday pay, paid time off and benefits, and an employee assistance

Qualifications

• Availability in Lowell area with surrounding towns.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work short hour cases.
• Ability to drive to client homes.
• Active MA Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Homemaker certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Help with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals; standing and walking as needed.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and safety issues to supervisors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalat safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be afriendly faceand a steady presence
