Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caregivers to provide one-on-one home care in Dorchester, Boston, Roslindale and surrounding areas. Earn up to $22/hour with a caregiver rewards program and weekly pay. Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts available. Reliable transportation and a passion for compassionate care are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities: dressing, bathing, meals; assist mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, welcoming.
• Communicate safety concerns and escalate as needed.
• Be a friendly, steady presence for clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly faceand a steady presence
