Morningside Elite Management is seeking Resident Care Attendants for full-time and part-time shifts at our Towamencin facility in Lansdale, PA. You will assist residents with daily living activities, support independence, and work under the Health & Wellness Director.

Responsibilities

• Follow the schedule of resident needs as set by the supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily log of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of residents.
• Maintain residents' confidentiality.
• Be familiar with emergency equipment and procedures.
• Attend required trainings, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment.

Available Shifts / Schedule:1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Resident Care Attendant - Position Summary:

Provides assistance to residents with their activities of daily living, enabling them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity. This position reports to the Health & Wellness Director.

Resident Care Attendant - Essential Functions:

Resident Care Attendant - Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
