Job summary

Greenbrier Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join The Rivers at Maryland Farms in Brentwood, TN, under new management. CNA certification is preferred but not required for all positions.

You will help residents with daily living, provide emotional support, and collaborate with the care team to ensure exceptional resident wellbeing. We offer competitive pay, a $500 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required for all Caregiver positions.
• CPR/First Aid certification if required.
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily living activities.
• Provide compassionate one-on-one assistance and emotional support.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Follow each resident’s individualized plan of care.
• Observe and report changes in a resident’s condition.
• Document care provided during your shift.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and community programs.
• Work closely with nursing and other team members to provide excellent resident care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, positive attitude and genuine desire to work with seniors
• Dependability and strong teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or GED
• CNA certification preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification if required
• Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, or caregiving experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist residents with transfers and mobility
