Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. is seeking caring in-home caregivers in Kissimmee, FL to provide non-clinical, in-home care to clients and health plan members. You control your schedule via the CareLinx app while CareLinx matches you with clients that fit your preferences and availability.

Roles are on-site in client homes as part-time/per-diem work with a focus on compassionate, dignified care and reliable communication with the CarePartner team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Smartphone access required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual encouraged).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meals, mobility support, bathing, grooming, dressing, non-clinical medication reminders and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Maintain client confidentiality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping

• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
