COMPANIONS & HOMEMAKERS, is immediately hiring PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs across Connecticut. C&H provides in-home senior care to help older adults thrive at home with independence, health, safety, and happiness, offering peace of mind to their loved ones.

What You Will Do:

You will help implement personalized care plans that support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. You will treat clients like family, going above and beyond to enhance their lives.

Essential Functions:

• Deliver exceptional care in clients' homes
• Assist with personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Perform daily tasks safely and professionally (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care, mobility, incontinence, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal prep
• Maintain safety, order, and client enjoyment
• Transport clients to appointments as needed
• Document tasks and report changes in clients' conditions

We match caregivers with clients based on requirements, availability, and skills, and offer training for those starting out or seeking new skills.
