Help at Home is hiring a Caregiver Time and Attendance Coordinator!
This is a remote role; Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm Eastern, with an hourly rate starting at $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary:

The Caregiver Time and Attendance Coordinator helps ensure the accuracy and compliance of time records for caregivers. This role involves resolving attendance discrepancies by making outreach to caregivers to clarify shift expectations and working within standard operating procedures to reduce overall exceptions.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Investigate and resolve missing clock-in/out, late arrivals, missed visits, and early departures.
  2. Address issues related to Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) promptly and effectively.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely capture of attendance data for payroll and billing.
  4. Assist caregivers in troubleshooting approved methods for recording EVV, including Mobile Application (APP), Telephonic (IVR), and Fixed Object Device (FOB).
  5. Guide caregivers on best practices for accurate timekeeping and compliance with company policies.
  6. Conduct periodic training sessions for caregivers on updates to attendance and verification systems.
  7. Act as a resource for caregivers, answering questions and addressing concerns related to timekeeping and attendance.
  8. Provide feedback to operations management on recurring attendance issues.
  9. Communicate with caregivers, clients, and market operations personnel to resolve attendance and visit verification issues in real time.
  10. Document actions and outcomes in applicable systems as per standard operating procedures.
  11. Ensure the protection of client and caregiver data in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
  12. Educate and support caregivers on attendance policies and verification procedures.
  13. Collaborate with payroll and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) teams to resolve pay and prebilling discrepancies related to attendance.
  14. Manage to productivity goals set by management.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  2. One to two years of previous experience required.
  3. Familiarity with Electronic Visit Verification systems.
  4. Knowledge of HIPAA and privacy regulations.
