Companions & Homemakers, Inc. is hiring across multiple service areas in Connecticut. Flexible schedules include weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in shifts. Earn a competitive hourly rate with direct deposit and referral bonuses, plus benefits and ongoing training.

Join a team with 35+ years of experience serving Connecticut seniors. You’ll provide non-medical home care, transport clients, assist with daily tasks, and offer companionship while documenting care as directed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical home care following client plans.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands and shopping.
• Help with dressing, bathing, mobility and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care
• Be a steady, caring presence - offering companionship and emotional support
• Document care and provide reminders as directed

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
