Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Tucson, AZ is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on support for residents. You will assist with daily living activities, follow individualized care plans, and help maintain safety and a welcoming environment.

As part of a team, you will engage residents through conversations and activities, support dining services, and communicate with families. This role includes paid training and opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care
• Follow ISP and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
