Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful connections with residents in a supportive, respectful environment.

You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, and help maintain a warm, safe community. The role emphasizes dignity, companionship, and clear communication with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
