Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to become client-ready caregivers with no prior experience required. Training and support will be provided to build confidence and skills for in-home care, including PCA coursework and CPR/First Aid/AED training.

Selected candidates may access the Synergy Care Academy for hands-on caregiving skills, competency validation, and orientation. Part-time opportunities exist with potential for up to 40 hours per week, plus paid training and

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Negative TB test
• Clear national background check (fee deducted from first paycheck)
• Reliable transportation, preferably with a valid driver’s license and active insurance
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to work with multiple clients on a rotational basis

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support in the client's home
• Assist with personal care and daily activities
• Help with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare simple meals and provide medication reminders
• Support clients with dementia or memory loss
• Complete visit documentation and share client updates with the Synergy team
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment

No Experience? We'll Train You!Selected candidates may receive training through theSynergy Care Academy, including PCA coursework, hands-on caregiving skills, competency validation, Synergy orientation, and CPR / First Aid / AED training.

What You'll Do
