Job summary

HomeWell Care Services TX205 is looking for compassionate Caregivers in Glenview, Illinois, to provide non-medical, in-home care for seniors. Responsibilities include companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and transportation for appointments. The ideal candidate will have a CNA or HHA license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform physical duties.

Hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.00. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, individualized care that enhances the quality of life for our clients.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or relevant work experience caring for seniors.
• Exceptional communication skills necessary for client interaction.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance if transporting clients.
• Current TB testing documentation required.
• Physically capable of performing caregiving duties.
• Must pass criminal background checks.

Overview

HomeWell Care Services seeks compassionate Caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care to seniors. You work one-on-one with clients to enhance quality of life and support aging in place in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver\'s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)

Compensation
