Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking to hire full-time or part-time Group-Home Staff. This entry-level role supports individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful lives in a group-home setting, with opportunities for swing and graveyard shifts.

We offer full-time employees excellent benefits including health insurance, flexibility, and a rewarding experience. The position starts at $15.00 per hour and includes training to help you contribute to residents’ independence.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and help individuals try new activities and learn new skills.
• Mentor individuals to foster independence and self-directed living.
