Chrysalis is hiring entry-level Group-Home Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading self-directed, meaningful lives. The role offers swing and graveyard shifts and both full-time and part-time options.

The position starts at $14.50–$15.50 per hour, with full-time employees receiving excellent benefits including health insurance and flexible scheduling. No prior experience is required, and applicants must be 18 or older and able to pass a background check and drug

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Participate in fun activities with individuals.
• Support daily living activities such as budgeting, meal prep, shopping and learning new skills.
• Mentor individuals to help them live as independently as possible.
