Chrysalis is hiring entry-level Group-Home Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading self-directed, meaningful lives. The role offers swing and graveyard shifts and both full-time and part-time options.

The position starts at $14.50–$15.50 per hour, with full-time employees receiving excellent benefits including health insurance and flexible scheduling. No prior experience is required, and applicants must be 18 or older and able to pass a background check and drug

Position Details

As an entry-level Group-Home Staff, you support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living including:

• Participating in fun activities

• Help the individuals try new things.


• Shopping


• Mentor the individuals to learn new skills

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least 18 years old


• Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check

Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we're willing to train you.
