Job summary

Chrysalis is hiring part-time Direct Care Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping clients live as independently as possible, with activities including budgeting, meal prep, shopping, and community outings.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with budgeting and daily living tasks.

• Mentor individuals to learn new skills and independence.

As an entry-level Direct Care Staff, you support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. Your support is needed in many areas of daily living including:

• Budgeting
• Meal preparation
• Help the individuals try new things.
• Shopping
• Mentor the individuals to learn new skills
• Transporting individuals out in the community/sight seeing
• MUST be willingto work weekends
• Positions needingto be filled: Weekends & Weekday evenings/swing shifts
