McKenzie Living is hiring quality caregivers in Eugene, OR. Starting wage ranges from $15.55 to $21.50 per hour, DOE. We offer 12-hour shifts and a strong work/life balance aimed at supporting health and family goals.

With on-the-job training and no experience required, you can earn while you learn. Eligible employees may receive a $1000 sign-on bonus and other differentiations and benefits.

• 2 different 12-hour shifts available (Day, 7 am - 7 pm and NOC, 7 pm - 7 am)
• Choose working the front half of the week; Sunday - Wednesday or the back half of the week Wednesday - Saturday (see supplemental questions)

All Successful Applicants Must Be Able To

• agree to work (3) 12-hour shifts and (1) 6-hour shift a week - that's 3 1/2 days of work, then 3 1/2 days off
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Obtain and keep current First Aid and Food Handlers Card.
• Maintain the required annual training hours.
• Show passion and enthusiasm for the mission of Gateway Adult Residential Care and its clients.
