Job summary

Gateway Gardens in Eugene, Oregon is seeking Quality Caregivers to provide compassionate support in a resident-centered setting. We offer 12-hour shifts (Day 7 am–7 pm and NOC 7 pm–7 am) with 42 hours per week and built-in overtime to promote work-life balance.

Starting wage ranges from $15.55 to $21.50 per hour DOE, plus NOC and campus differentials, $1000 sign-on bonus, and education reimbursement. Promotion opportunities and health insurance eligibility are available to qualified staff.

All successful applicants must be able to:

• agree to work (3) 12-hour shifts and (1) 6-hour shift a week - that's 3 1/2 days of work, then 3 1/2 days off

• Obtain and keep current First Aid and Food Handlers Card.
• Maintain the required annual training hours.
• Show passion and enthusiasm for the mission of Gateway Adult Residential Care and its clients.
