Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in Encinitas, CA is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care. We value warmth, reliability, and a positive attitude, and you will build meaningful connections with clients during daily visits.

This role offers flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, competitive pay $19–$23 per hour DOE, paid training, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, and 24/7 office support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and insurance for assignments requiring driving
• HCA registration or willingness to obtain it—we’ll help you get started!
• Meet required TB screening and background clearance requirements
• CNA certification welcome, but not required
• Access earned wages through Tapcheck (same day pay option)
• Paid training and orientation
