FirstLight Home Care is hiring experienced, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in Escondido. If you’re compassionate, professional, and comfortable providing hands-on personal care, we’d love to connect with you!

We offer 8- or 12-hour shifts with weekend availability, and pay $20–$23 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include overtime pay, paid training, and a caregiver-first culture in Escondido, CA.

Qualifications

Available Shifts

Day shifts are available Monday through Sunday:

8-hour shifts: 9 AM–5 PM

12-hour shifts: 7 AM–7 PM

You do not need to be available all seven days. We’re looking for consistent availability across multiple days each week, including weekends. Let us know which days and shift times you can regularly commit to.

What You’ll Do

• Companionship and emotional support
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance and safe transfers
