FirstLight Home Care of West Suburban Boston is seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team. You’ll help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home with warm companionship and practical support.

We offer flexible shifts—long day and short day—plus per diem scheduling and paid training. If you have caregiving experience, a compassionate nature, and reliable transportation, you’ll fit right in.

CPR/First Aid and CNA/HHA certifications are a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (family or professional).
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable nature.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid and CNA/HHA certifications are a bonus.

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (family or professional)
