Job summary

IHG - Integrated Home Care Group in Michigan is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home support for clients, helping with daily activities to maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. This part-time role can progress to full-time as needs grow, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene assistance, medication reminders, mobility support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and continuously learning new skills.
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every day.
• Empathy and supportive communication with clients.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare/home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance and help with daily living activities.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
• Support mobility around the home and during doctor visits.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and basic physical therapy exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and report any issues.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Offer activities essential for daily living and meals.

We're looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide exceptional support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you'll assist with daily activities while helping individuals maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance clients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating
• Remindclients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation
• Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises
• Complete client's shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
• Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting clients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications
