Job summary

Fellowship Square Christian Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Caregiver to deliver high-quality care to residents in a nonprofit Christian care community. You will assist with daily living activities, manage medications, monitor health, and document changes, while maintaining safety and a warm environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, Arizona Caregiver Certification, CPR/First Aid, and a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

• Medication Administration Deliver medications as outlined in residents’ care plans.
• Daily Living Assistance Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
• Health Monitoring Observe and document residents’ health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Personalized Care Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.
• Emotional Support Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
• Safety & Cleanliness Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free living environment.
• Emergency Response Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
• Team Collaboration Work closely with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification Certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Negative TB Test (submission required before starting).
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
• Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism.
• Consistent professional and positive demeanor.
