Job summary

City Net Homeless Services in Colton, CA is seeking a friendly Full-Time Caregiver for in-home senior care in the Inland Empire. Join a team that values compassion, reliability, and the ability to adapt to clients' needs while providing dignity and safety in home environments.

You will support personal care, meals, medications reminders, companionship, and light exercise, with flexible schedules (day, evening, weekends).

Qualifications

• Experience as Caregiver/HHA/PCA/CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it soon.
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use a Hoyer when needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
