Job summary

Century Ridge Assisted Living is seeking compassionate caregivers for PM shifts. Full and part-time positions are available. Training is provided for newcomers to the field, with preference for CBRF certifications or CNA.

Responsibilities include personal care per resident plans, responding to needs, and supporting meals and light housekeeping. We aim to maintain resident dignity, privacy, and safety while fostering positive team relationships among staff.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
• Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
• Participate in mealtime and light housekeeping activities
• Monitor residents for changes in condition
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
• Build positive relationships with co-workers
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
• Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
