Ridgeview Health Center in San Diego, CA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for full-time AM/PM shifts on a 4:2 schedule. The role provides personal care and daily living assistance, starting at $21.50 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• At least one-year caregiving experience in an Assisted Living or health care center.
• Ability to work in a health care and CCRC environment.
• Knowledge and practice of safe lifting and back care techniques.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have and maintain current First Aid card.
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• The Caregiver assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

The Caregiver performs personal care and non-personal care assistance to residents with activities of daily living in a manner that enhances the resident's sense of personal choices and autonomy.
