Job summary

HomeWell Care Services VA307 is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide non-medical in-home care, working one-on-one with seniors who want to age in place, building meaningful relationships in their own homes.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, personal care tasks, transportation, and medication reminders. The role emphasizes reliability, excellent communication, and a caring, punctual demeanor.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
