Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is looking for compassionate Caregivers to enhance the lives of seniors through individualized care and support. You will work one-on-one with clients, providing essential non-medical services, including companionship and assistance with daily living tasks. Candidates should have a preferred CNA or HHA license and possess reliable transportation. The position offers flexible schedules and a supportive work environment focused on dignity and respect for all caregivers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of full‑time work or 12 months of part‑time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Must have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance to transport clients.
• Proof of current TB testing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living tasks.
• Perform light cooking and cleaning duties.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and support ambulation.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one‑on‑one, providing a variety of non‑medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full‑time work or 12 months of part‑time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
