Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Caregivers in Riverside, California. Join our mission to enhance seniors’ lives by providing one-on-one non-medical services in their homes.

Key responsibilities include companionship, light cooking, personal care, medication reminders, and transportation. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a CNA or HHA license, possess exceptional communication skills, and maintain reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• CNA or HHA license preferred or relevant caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license if transporting clients.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to seniors.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support ambulation and medication reminders.
• Transport clients for appointments and errands.

We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one‑on‑one, providing a variety of non‑medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full‑time work or 12 months of part‑time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Proof of current TB testing
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
