Job summary

FirstLight Home Care in the Greater Charlotte Area is seeking compassionate caregivers for diverse shifts. Candidates should have caregiving experience and be able to assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship.

Shifts include 4, 8, and 12-hour options with day, evening, and overnight times. You’ll enjoy competitive pay, benefits for full-time staff, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement within a respected local employer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid caregiving experience or valid CNA.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle with insurance, and ability to reliably reach clients' homes.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with companionship and conversation.
• Mobility, transfers, light exercise or walking.
• Meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Support with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Light housekeeping and incidental transportation to errands or appointments.

• You have at least 1 year of paid Caregiving Experience or valid CNA?
