Home Careolina is seeking kind and reliable Caregivers to join our team in Cornelius, NC. The role offers flexible shifts and starting pay of $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with overtime hours available.

You'll help with bathing, meals, mobility, light housekeeping, and medication reminders while supporting seniors in a friendly, family-like environment. Background checks and a valid driver’s license with car insurance are required.

Open Shifts Available

We need caregivers for:

• Day shifts (4 to 12 hours)
• Overnight 12-hour shifts
• 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
• Weekends and holidays
• Overtime hours available

What You’ll Do

• Help with bathing, grooming, and incontinence care
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Guide range-of-motion exercises
• Help with moving and walking
• Remind clients to take medication

Requirements

• Pass background and driving record check
• Have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Genuine care for seniors
