Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support seniors at home in Boerne and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, accompany clients on errands, and help maintain safety and dignity in their daily lives.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliable transportation, and strong communication to document conditions and notify supervisors of concerns. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare role.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

A few requirements for our Caregivers:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare role
• Valid TX driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and skilled with bed-bound care, helping nature, good communicator
