The role emphasizes supervision, program development, safety, and data-driven decision making to improve student outcomes and job placement across the center.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• High level of communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of trade education and training.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff engaged in providing career technical education training for all students.
• Ensure programs meet DOL, PRH, Center, and Bizzell requirements.
• Develop CTST projects and work-based learning opportunities for students.
• Supervise CTST staff and evaluate instructors.
• Promote safety and security of students, staff, and property.
• Monitor student progress and ensure credential requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and program data.
