Job summary

Purdue University seeks a Career Success Technology and Systems Coordinator to support the Purdue Career Gateway and related data systems. You will coordinate system operations, optimize workflows, and work with campus partners, employers, and students to improve service delivery and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business, Education, Social Science, or a closely aligned discipline.
• Two (2) years of experience required working with data collection, data management, technology supported administrative processes, or using technology systems, databases, or software platforms in a functional or administrative capacity.
• Experience analyzing datasets to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Purdue Career Gateway system operations, workflow optimization, and stakeholder utilization for co-op, internship and work-based learning programs.
• Provide event support for employer engagements, including scheduling, logistics, and on-campus recruiting activities.
• Collect and ensure high-quality, timely data through the university-wide exit survey data and support related reporting.
