Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a Career Success Coordinator to support the Office of Academic & Career Success. The role drives event planning, manages student resources, and coordinates employer engagement across Center City and satellite campuses.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and improving accessibility through accommodations and technology platforms. This role focuses on enhancing student engagement and program effectiveness within a dynamic university setting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in student affairs or university administration is preferred.
• Experience in customer or student-facing roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person and virtual OACS events, coordinating logistics such as scheduling, venues, catering, AV, and communications.
• Manage departmental operations including budgeting, purchasing, timekeeping, and supervision of student employees.
• Develop student resources and workshops for academic and career success; conduct resume reviews.
• Coordinate accommodations, exam logistics, and assistive technologies to ensure accessibility.
• Engage employers and strengthen recruiting partnerships; analyze engagement data.
• Manage campus databases and technology platforms ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on student engagement and events.
