Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks a Career Success Coordinator to support the Office of Academic & Career Success (OACS) with operations, programs, and events. You will guide planning and execution of programs, serve as a primary resource for students and employers, and drive engagement through outreach and social media management.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in student affairs or university administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of in-person and virtual OACS events, including career fairs, across campuses.
• Oversee logistical operations: scheduling, venue, catering, AV, communications, and finances.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, timekeeping, student staff supervision, and facilities oversight.
• Develop student resources and workshops; conduct resume reviews.
• Coordinate student accommodations and assistive technology for accessibility.
• Advance employer engagement and partnerships; analyze engagement data.
• Maintain departmental databases and provide tech support to users.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports on engagement, programs, events, and budgets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
