Job summary

Reporting to the Chair of Programs, you will manage lifecycle activities, maintain databases, and prepare materials for site visits and reviews while upholding compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative experience; university experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program logistics and paperwork for graduate programs from applicant to graduate.
• Supports accreditation processes and compliance with governing bodies.
• Interacts with faculty, students, and clinical sites; maintains databases and reports data.
• Assists in site visit preparations and internal reviews; supports onboarding and orientation.
