Job summary

The position supports accessibility services, student conduct administration, and behavioral intervention initiatives, while managing databases and social media outreach.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred.
• Experience in student affairs or university administration is preferred.
• Customer and technical support with student-facing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events for OACS, including career fairs; manage logistics, venue, catering, AV, and finances.
• Oversee departmental operations: budgeting, purchasing, timekeeping, supervise student staff, and facilities.
• Develop student resources, workshops, and resume reviews for academic and career success.
