Job summary

You will identify barriers, develop individualized plans and coordinate services to ensure student retention and success. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15 social services hours and at least one year of counseling experience, plus a valid in-state driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree including at least 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction.
• Minimum of one year experience in counseling or a related field.
• Must possess a valid in-State Driver’s License and meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, career, and educational counseling to students.
• Develop individualized Personal Career Development Plans for students.
• Coordinate on-Center and off-Center services to support retention and success.
• Assess student progress in Academic, Career Technical and Independent Living.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student data and records.
• Mentor students and model Career Success Standards; supervise student population.
