Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in social work/rehabilitation or related field.
• Experience with individuals with physical and/or DD/ID disabilities.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized services based on participant's career plans.
• Conduct assessments of participants' strengths and needs.
• Process and submit reports and training narratives.
• Monitor daily attendance and prepare monthly billing.
