Responsibilities include assessing participant skills and participating in group employment supervision, developing positive relationships with participants and employers, and ensuring timely reporting.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, along with experience in social work or rehabilitation. Candidates should exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to handle physical demands effectively.

Qualificações

• 1+ years experience in social work/rehabilitation or related field.
• Experience with individuals with physical and/or DD/ID disabilities.
• Valid Virginia Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individualized services based on participant's career plans.
• Conduct assessments of participants' strengths and needs.
• Process and submit reports and training narratives.
• Monitor daily attendance and prepare monthly billing.
