Job summary

AGAPE Child and Family Services Inc. in Memphis, TN, seeks a TeamWorks Career Services Supervisor to lead Connectors and ensure program outcomes are achieved. The position requires a 4-year degree and supervisory experience, with responsibilities spanning data reporting, training coordination, and collaboration with partner agencies.

Weekend/evening hours may be required. You will maintain documentation in the Penelope system, support grant reporting, and advocate for the communities served

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, social work, or related field; at least 4 years of relevant workforce development experience.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to coordinate services in a community setting.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills with experience in grant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connectors to ensure outcomes are achieved.
• May carry a caseload to assist participants.
• Coordinate on-site events and activities to engage participants.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services in the case management system.
• Provide data for continuous quality improvement and grant reporting.
• Attend team meetings and participate in PQI processes.
