Job summary

Dorsey College seeks a Career Service Advisor I to guide externships and job placement for graduates at the campus. You will help students find externship sites, monitor progress, and liaise with employers to secure opportunities and reports.

You will build relationships with local employers, assist with resume writing and mock interviews, and support graduates in their job search nationwide within the college network.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Strong multi-tasking ability with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate externship meetings and identify sites for students.
• Track progress and obtain attendance reports; visit externship sites.
• Prepare final grades summaries and ensure required paperwork is completed.
