Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of three years of administrative and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one employment assistance to students and graduates.
• Generate employer database through calls, mail, and site visits.
• Meet weekly placement goals and 90-day employment verification.
• Identify and develop extern site opportunities and cultivate employer relationships.
• Assist with resume writing, interview techniques, and job search skills.
