Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preferred three years of job development, career services, agency recruiting experience.
• Required degree(s) must be from institutions accredited by recognized U.S. accrediting agencies.

Responsibilities

• Employment: conduct employer calls and site visits; meet activity goals; maintain relationships with students and graduates; attend business functions and events.
• Externship & Certification Tracking: develop externship opportunities; supervise externships; administer presentations; monitor attendance and performance; support licensure monitoring.
• Career Services Skill Development: assist resumes, job search strategies, interview techniques; coach students; conduct career skill workshops.
