Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of job development, career services or agency recruiting experience.
• Must be able to read, write and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop employer relationships and job development activities.
• Coordinate externship opportunities and monitor progress.
• Assist students and graduates with resumes, job search strategies and interviewing skills.
• Ensure compliance and documentation of employment start confirmations and related metrics.
