Responsibilities

• Conducts employer and job development sales activities.
• Meets daily/weekly activity goals to achieve employment start goals.
• Maintains relationships with students and graduates for employer engagement.
• Coordinates externship processes and monitors attendance/performance.
• Provides resume, employment search strategies, and interview coaching.
• Supports campus events and graduation ceremonies.
