Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years of job development, career services, or agency recruiting experience.
• Must be able to read, write and present information clearly to students, employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conducts employer and job development activities including calls and site visits.
• Meet and exceed activity goals to achieve employment start outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with students and graduates to connect with employers.
• Attend business functions and professional meetings for networking and employer development.
• Coordinate externship opportunities and supervise externship processes.
• Monitor attendance and performance of students on externships.
• Assist students with resumes, job search strategies, and interview techniques.
• Support campus goals by participating in events and graduation activities.
