Qualifications

• Two years of recent and relevant experience in a related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Job Connection customers and others served by Goodwill.
• Answer phones, route calls, and manage scheduling and clerical tasks.
• Input data and maintain confidential records using Caseworthy, Excel, and forms apps.
• Support GoodWorks programs, trainings, and outreach with documentation and reports.
• Coordinate materials, outreach, and communications with internal and external partners.
• Assist with calendar management and travel arrangements as needed.
