Qualifications

• Two years recent and relevant experience in workforce development or a related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to participants and other stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with diverse populations and partners.
• Maintain understanding of Goodwill programs and services.
• Input data accurately into Caseworthy, Excel, Jotform, and forms.
• Schedule, answer phones, file, and manage confidential information.
